About this product
Grown for processing, not for the shelf.
Yellow clingstone peaches cut to a 10×10 mm cube. The calibre is the point of this line — it is small enough to disperse evenly through a yoghurt or a filling, and large enough to stay recognisable as fruit rather than disappearing into the base.
Same line as our halves up to the cutting stage: same orchards, same intake, same calibration. The cube is held even because the fruit is sized before it is cut, not after.
Dairy is the main destination, along with fruit preparations, ice cream and bakery. Season July to September.
