How it is made
Eighteen hours from the tree to the freezer.
IQF is not a marketing word here — it is the reason the fruit in your carton pours instead of arriving as a block. This is the whole line, in order, with nothing skipped.
The line
Every stage, in order.
Nothing here is outsourced. The same team runs intake, the tunnel and the cold store.
Harvest
Picked at eating ripeness in our own orchards and by a fixed group of partner farms nearby.
Chilled transport
Moved from the orchard in a specialised refrigerated truck, so the fruit reaches the plant in the condition it left the tree.
Intake, washing, calibration and destoning
Weighed and lot-numbered on arrival, then flume-washed, graded by size, destoned and cut to the calibre the order specifies.
IQF freezing
Each piece frozen individually in the tunnel, so it stays separate, keeps its shape and pours freely instead of arriving as a block.
Control and packaging
Metal detection on every carton and continuous quality control through the run, then packed, palletised and moved into our own cold store at −18 °C.
