IQF Strawberries

Whole strawberries, stalks removed, frozen individually so they stay separate. Strawberry is the most delicate line we run — the fruit bruises if it waits, so it moves from field to tunnel faster than anything else we handle.

Washing is gentle and the fruit is not calibrated aggressively, because the aim is to keep the berry whole rather than to force a uniform size. What comes out is fruit that still looks like fruit after thawing.

Used in jams and fruit preparations, dairy, bakery and smoothie blends. The season is short — May into June — so this line is planned early or not at all.
